A facade cleaning contractor for high-rise buildings.
We work on the exterior elevations of tall buildings: glass and curtain wall, aluminium cladding, natural stone, glass canopies and domes, and elevations clad in metal mesh.
Access is by rope or by truck-mounted boom lift, and the method follows the building and the ground around it rather than a preference. Most of what we do is on occupied buildings that keep receiving staff and visitors while we work, which is why every project starts with a question about how the building is used before a question about the elevation.
How we work
Every job starts with a survey: the surface, its condition, the area, and the hours when the place can be worked in without disrupting anyone. What comes out of it is the method, the crew size, how long it takes, and what gets moved or covered before work starts. Elevations add one step: a survey from the roof for anchor points and the ground below.
