We come and remove the curtains carefully, and we close the windows behind us as we go. The cleaning happens in our workshop, so everything stays secure. Shopfront units below do not need to close.

My curtains hang directly above Al-Makan Mall. Do they get soiled faster?
Yes, traffic and dust from the street and mall affect them more. But proper deep cleaning removes dust trapped deep in the fibres, not just what sits on the surface.

How many curtains do I need to count before you arrive?
No need for an exact count. Tell us the flat or villa size and which rooms have them, and we arrive ready with the right equipment and team. We inspect everything on site and plan with you.

My old white curtains are fragile. Will washing damage them?
We inspect first and spot-test a hidden corner. If the cloth is sound we wash gently in cool water with mild soap, and if it is weak we choose dry-clean for delicate, aged fabrics instead.

When can I hang the curtains back up after you return them?
They come back dry and ready to hang. Hang them straight away if you like; there is no drying time left. Pressing and pleating are completed before we hand them over.

My sheer curtains are so delicate. Will they tear?
Sheer and lightweight fabrics need special care. We wash in cool water with gentle soap, never scrub or wring. Pressing is done at low heat, moving slowly and carefully with the grain.
