Yes. We ask residents to prepare: open windows and clear the floor. This speeds the work. But if residents are away we may not need preparation.

Do older blocks need different treatment than newer ones?
Yes. Older blocks may have cracks and worn grout gaps. We focus on these more. Newer blocks have smoother surfaces that are easier to disinfect.

Are shops on main roads treated along with the flats?
Shops are separate from flat housing. We treat them on a separate schedule if requested. But shared shop and flat passages may need one unified schedule if they are connected.
