Cleaned before disinfecting
We remove dust and visible dirt first, because a disinfectant cannot work through a layer of grime. Only a clean surface actually benefits from contact with the product.

High-touch points
We concentrate on handles, switches, lift buttons, taps and touchscreens, because these are the routes by which germs pass from one hand to the next more than anything else.

Fogging the open areas
For large open areas we use a fogging machine that spreads the disinfectant as a fine mist, reaching corners and high surfaces that are hard to wipe by hand.

Contact time respected
We leave the disinfectant on the surface for the time it needs to actually kill germs. Wiping it away straight after spraying gives the product no time and gives no result.

Ventilated before re-entry
Once the contact time is over we ventilate the space until the product clears from the air. We do not hand back a room before it is safe to enter and breathe.

The product used, recorded
We note the name of the disinfectant used and where it was applied, so you keep a clear record to fall back on if an inspector asks or you repeat the work.
