Why an event needs a running clean
At an event, everything piles up fast: cups on tables, spills on the carpet, bins full before the evening is half over. Riyadh's fine dust settles into linen and drapes and shows under the lighting, and a spill left on fabric sets and is hard to lift later. Without a team watching minute by minute, the host spends the night chasing mess instead of greeting guests.

Ready before the first guest
We arrive well ahead of time to mop floors, polish the calcium scale that hard water leaves on glass, and set out the seating. When the first guest walks in, every surface is clean and the air is fresh, with no trace of last-minute work.

A team that stays unseen
Staff move quietly between the tables, wiping what spills and clearing plates the moment they are done with. Guests see a tidy room the whole evening without ever noticing someone tracking every mark behind them.

Washrooms that stay clean
The washroom is what a guest notices most and judges the whole event by. We check it on a fixed rota, restocking towels and soap and wiping basins and floor, so even a guest who arrives late finds nothing to put them off.

You get the place back as it was
After the last guest leaves, we strip down, gather and clean until the room is exactly as it started, ready to hand over or turn around for the next booking. No bags left in a corner, no carpet stain waiting for the morning.
What's Included
We cover the event from the first setup through to returning the place as it was; these are the main tasks.

Preparation before the event
We arrive before the guests to mop floors, polish the water scale off the glass, set out chairs and tables, and lift the dust that has settled into the linen before anyone sees it.

A team on site during it
A number of the team stay on site through the whole event, wiping spills, clearing empty plates, and resetting spaces as they empty, quietly enough not to interrupt the guests.

Waste cleared as it appears
We empty bins before they overflow and carry bags out as they fill to a collection point away from the guests, so no smell builds up and no full bag sits in a corner.

Washrooms on a rota
We check the washrooms on a fixed rota: restocking towels and soap, wiping basins and floor, and making sure every guest who walks in finds them as if they were the first.

Clearance after it ends
Once the event ends we gather everything left, break down the setup, take out all the waste, then clean the floors and the surfaces that saw food and drink through the night.

The place returned as it was
We put the place back to how it was before the event: furniture in position, carpet clean and free of stains, and a hall ready to hand over or hold a new booking.
