    We reset the whole chalet after the previous group leaves: rubbish cleared, rooms aired, touched surfaces cleaned, and everything staged for the next booking to arrive into.

  • Pool surround and decking

    We scrape algae off the surround tiles, lift calcium scale from the edges, and wash the decking with products that leave no slippery film around the water.

  • Barbecue area and outdoor kitchen

    We strip built-up grease from the grill and surfaces, scrape off burnt carbon, and wash down the outdoor kitchen until the smoke smell and residue are gone.

  • Indoor and outdoor seating

    We treat indoor and outdoor seating with the method that suits each piece so the clean reaches inside the padding, drawing dust and odour out of the depth of the fabric rather than its surface.

Do you clean between one guest and the next?
Yes, that turnaround is the core of what we do. Give us the check-out time and the next booking, and we work inside the gap between them so the new guest arrives to a ready chalet. The earlier you share your calendar, the more precisely we can plan the team.

Do I need to prepare the chalet first?
No major preparation is needed. Just take out personal belongings and any perishable food, and leave us access to the pool, barbecue area and rooms. We handle rubbish, surfaces and linen, and if a particular piece needs special care, tell us in advance.

Are the products safe around children and the pool?
Yes. We match the product to each surface: pH-neutral where it matters, and disinfectants left for their full contact time before rinsing. Around the pool we avoid anything that leaves a slippery film, and we make sure surfaces are dry and safe before anyone uses them.

How long does cleaning a chalet take?
It depends on the size, the amount of seating, whether there is a pool and barbecue area, and the state it was left in. A mid-size chalet between bookings is done in one visit, while a deep clean after a long season takes longer. We give you a time estimate when we agree the date.

Does this suit chalets rented out daily?
Yes, and it is built for exactly that pattern.
