Every visit works through these steps in order, from the water surface down to the floor and the filtration system.

Surface debris skimmed
We pass the net across the surface to lift leaves, insects and floating dust before any of it sinks to the floor and becomes harder to vacuum out.

Walls and floor brushed
We brush the walls, floor and steps to loosen algae and stuck-on grime, then steer it toward the suction point so it leaves the water rather than resettling.

Floor vacuumed
We vacuum the whole floor to draw up settled sand, dust and sunken leaves, so the base stays clean and visible with no cloud rising when it is disturbed.

The waterline and its deposits
We remove the oily line and hard-water scale along the tile at the waterline, because Riyadh's hard water leaves a deposit that hardens and etches the surface if left.

Filter backwashed
We backwash the filter to flush out the dirt trapped inside it, returning it to a healthy running pressure so it filters the water properly again.

Chlorine and pH balanced
We measure the chlorine and pH and adjust both to the safe range, since unbalanced water irritates skin and lets algae take hold between visits.
