Why a villa needs order, not a wipe
A large villa holds layers a fast wipe never reaches. Riyadh's fine mineral dust works into upholstery weave and curtains, hard water leaves calcium scale on the glass, and the many bathrooms collect residue in their corners. Clean out of order and dust falls from above onto what you just finished, so the work is done twice. Top-down and dry-to-wet is what prevents that.

Dust that sits in the fabric
Riyadh's fine mineral dust settles into the padding of sofas and mattresses, and a surface wipe never lifts it, so the smell returns on the first humid day. Hot-water extraction reaches into the padding itself and draws out what has lodged there.

Marble polished, not coated
Marble and terrazzo floors are brought back by mechanical grinding through progressively finer diamond pads and then crystallised, not by a coating painted on that peels away later. The shine comes off the stone itself and lasts.

Glass cleaned before it etches
Hard water in central Saudi Arabia leaves calcium scale on window and facade glass, and left long enough it etches the surface so it no longer polishes off. Cleaning it on time protects the glass before it reaches that point.

AC units and tanks on a schedule
Split AC units and the roof water tank are the two things in a villa that most reward a scheduled clean rather than waiting for a problem. The filter fills with dust quickly here, and the tank needs draining, brushing and disinfecting on time.

We start one floor and finish it completely before moving to the next, closing each off so dust from a floor being cleaned never drifts onto a clean floor below.

The majlis and formal reception rooms get the closest care: sofas extracted with hot water, curtains cleared of lodged dust, and floors ground and polished to suit the stone.

Stairs and balustrades
Stairs are cleaned step by step, including the corners where dust gathers, and the balustrade is wiped and polished along its full length, joints and lower posts included.

Main and secondary kitchens
Main and secondary kitchens cover surfaces and cabinets inside and out, the extract hood where grease builds up, and the floor and grout around where the cooking happens.

Every bathroom
Every bathroom is cleaned in full: calcium scale lifted off glass and taps, floors and corners disinfected, and the grout lines between tiles worked over.

Entrances and outdoor walkways
Entrances and outdoor walkways are washed clear of built-up dust and stains, and the front doors and glass, the first to catch dust before the rest of the villa, are cleaned too.
