Yes, shared hallways and building entrances need separate attention. Most residents do not keep them clean, and dirt builds fast. We arrange a separate schedule for corridor cleaning or handle it alongside your flat, depending on what suits you and your management company's agreement.

Do upper floors need more cleaning than ground-level flats?
Upper floors face stronger winds and more airborne dust enters through windows and openings. Ground floors see more foot traffic. Both need regular care, but the type of soil differs rather than the frequency. Wind-borne dust on the twentieth floor versus tracked-in grit on the second tell different stories.

How often per month should we clean a flat in a high-rise block?
It depends on the number of residents and how the flat is used. In a district like Al Sahafah, every two to three weeks keeps on top of it. Shared corridors and the main entrance should be attended to weekly if they are your responsibility under the building agreement.
