Raghwat Al Janoub Maintenance and Cleaning

Move-in and move-out cleaning in Al Qadisiyah, Riyadh

Al Qadisiyah is an east Riyadh neighbourhood along Dammam Road with luxury villas, multi unit apartment blocks, markets, schools, mosques and a district garden. An empty property here may be a brand new upmarket villa or a long-term rental, and both demand exceptional cleaning standards.

Why an empty home is cleaned differently

  • Pass the handover inspection

A landlord or agent checks the property before returning a deposit or handing over keys, and the first places they open are cupboards and bathroom corners.

  • Move in without cleaning first

Moving is tiring enough without starting in a kitchen someone else lived in.

  • Reach places only bare rooms allow

Behind the washing machine, under the units and inside the drawers are spots you cannot reach while a home is furnished.

  • An order that prevents rework

We clean top to bottom and dry to wet, so dust falling from a shelf never lands on a floor already washed.

Why the job is different in Al Qadisiyah

Partially upmarket neighbourhood, and east Riyadh faces open desert and the sand belt, so dust storms hit it first and hardest, and fine sand enters every home. The whole method is set out in the details of our move-in and move-out cleaning service.

  • Dust storms and fine sand penetration

East Riyadh faces the Dahna sand belt and open desert. Every major dust storm strikes this side first and strongest. Fine sand works into stairwells, balconies and window tracks all along Dammam Road.

  • High traffic road and vehicle emissions

Dammam Road carries constant heavy traffic, and exhaust and dust from vehicles penetrate nearby homes. Open windows for fresh air may inadvertently draw in road dust instead.

  • Mix of luxury villas and standard apartment blocks

The neighbourhood blends new luxury villas with standard apartment buildings and flats. Each type has entirely different cleaning standards and surface sensitivity.

What is different about East Riyadh

East Riyadh runs from King Abdullah Road and Khurais Road out past the eastern ring road towards Al Janadriyah. Al Rawdah, Al Naseem and Al Yarmuk are established districts of villas and mid rise apartment blocks, while Al Rimal, Al Munsiyah and Ishbiliyah are newer estates with more compact houses and lighter finishes. This side of the city faces the open desert and the sand belt of the Dahna, so it takes the first and heaviest share of every dust storm, and fine sand works into stairwells, balconies and window tracks all along the Dammam highway.

Questions before booking

How long does a new luxury three-bedroom villa take to clean?

A new luxury villa takes five to seven hours depending on condition. Sensitive surfaces, marble and glass need extra time.

How do you handle sand from dust storms?

We vacuum fine sand thoroughly first, then mop with safe products. Fine sand needs patience and multiple passes.

Do balconies facing Dammam Road need more cleaning than others?

Yes. Balconies open to the highway collect exhaust and dust. We focus on them specially.

Do marble and natural stone need special products?

Yes, products approved for natural stone only. We never use acids or harsh chemicals that etch marble.

Do luxury villas require higher quality standards than standard homes?

Every job gets our best work. For luxury properties we assign experienced staff skilled in fine details.

Can you clean swimming pools or outdoor courtyards?

Pools need a specialist water treatment. Courtyards we clear of leaves and dust if included in your contract.
