Any oven, fridge or washer left behind is cleaned on the inside: shelves, drawers and the rubber seals where residue and smells hide, not just the outer face.

Furniture marks off the walls
We take furniture marks and the pale patches off the walls where sofas and tables rested, using a method matched to the paint so it does not leave a lighter spot.

Bathrooms back to handover condition
We bring the bathrooms back to handover condition: calcium scale off the glass and taps before it etches the surface, and the basins, toilet and corners disinfected throughout.

Floors last, before handover
Floors are left to the very end, after everything above them is finished, so we clean the marble or tile without falling dust dirtying it all over again.
