What is different about North Riyadh

North Riyadh is where the capital has grown fastest. Do you clean the commercial shop if someone else rents it?
No. Move cleaning covers the residence only. If the shop below is rented separately, that is the tenant's responsibility. If you own it and want it cleaned, that is a separate contract with its own scope and cost.

Old cupboards have damp and mould inside. What do you do?
We remove moisture from inside, wipe surfaces and clean corners thoroughly. We do not use harsh mould removers that damage original wood. If mould is deep or extensive, we tell you beforehand what can be addressed and what cannot be without harm.

Do you clean inside the fridge or cooker left behind?

How large can an apartment be before cleaning becomes complicated?
Complexity depends not on size but on the condition of the furniture, flooring and cupboards. A small flat with many deep cupboards may take longer than a large mostly empty one.

If I move from an apartment, does the shop below need separate cleaning?
Yes, if you own it and rent it to others. A commercial shop needs a separate contract because grease, exhaust soot and cooking spatter are fundamentally different from residential grime.
