Why this is not routine cleaning
When a contractor finishes, the site is left with clinging cement dust, paint spots and silicone lines on glass and aluminium, and none of it comes off with a damp cloth. Wash the floor before those layers are removed and the fine dust settles again onto what you just cleaned, while silicone traces keep collecting grit. Here the residue is stripped first, then the washing and polishing follow.

Build residue needs more than wiping
Cement haze and silicone lines need a scraper and the right chemical for each surface, not a cloth. We use tools that lift the layer without scratching tile, glass or aluminium, and that difference is one you can feel with your hand.

The right order, top to bottom
We start at the ceiling and high vents and work down to the floor, dry before wet. Cleaned this way, dust from one room never falls onto another we have already finished, so the result is even in every corner.

Glass and marble handled with care
Riyadh's mineral dust and the region's hard water leave calcium scale on glass that scratches if you scrub hard or leave it too long. We remove it with the right method and chemical before it bonds and etches the surface.

Vents cleared before first use
Building dust drifts into AC outlets and vents and lodges in the filters, so the first time the unit runs it blows that dust through every room. We clean these outlets before handover, so the AC does not scatter the dust we just removed.
What's Included
We begin by clearing the debris and work across every surface and vent through to the final polish; these are the core steps in each job.

Construction debris removed
We gather the plaster bags, ceramic offcuts, timber scraps and cardboard and take them off site entirely, leaving the space empty and clear to work on and clean.

Cement haze removed
We lift the grey cement film clinging to tiles and ceramic with a scraper and a dedicated chemical, without scratching the surface, so the tile's real colour and shine return.

Stickers and protective film stripped
We strip the stickers and protective film from doors, windows, kitchens and aluminium handles, and clear the leftover adhesive so it does not collect dust later on.

Paint spots and silicone smears
We work off the scattered paint spots and silicone lines on glass, tile and aluminium with a fine scraper, so no spot remains to trap grit or mark the surface.

Vents and outlets de-dusted
We clean the AC outlets and ventilation grilles of the building dust that has settled in them, so the unit does not blow it through the rooms on first use after handover.

Final polish of the surfaces
We wash the floors and polish the glass, marble and metal surfaces at the end, once all residue is gone, so the space is handed over gleaming and ready to use straight away.
