No. Outer facade cleaning on towers needs rope-access specialists and a different trade. We focus on interiors: internal glazing, frames, marble and all the surfaces inside the building.

Is premium marble harmed by strong cleaning chemicals?
Italian marble and natural stone are delicate. We use neutral chemistry with a low pH, and hard water is pre-treated before use so it does not leave scale or etch.

How long does it take to clean an office on a tower floor?
Office size and contamination level vary the time. A small suite might take hours; larger open-plan may take a day. We give you an estimate after viewing the site.

Can silicone marks on glass be removed completely?
Yes, but it needs specialist treatment. We use tools chosen to not scratch the glass, and we take care around any new silicone seals so they stay intact.

Does the clean include suspended ceilings and grilles?
Yes. Suspended ceilings, grilles and return air outlets are de-dusted. Replacing damaged grilles is not included in the service.

Can we arrange cleaning during office hours or after?
We coordinate with the building management. Most offices prefer after hours or weekends to avoid disruption to staff and daily work.
