What is different about East Riyadh

East Riyadh runs from King Abdullah Road and Khurais Road out past the eastern ring road towards Al Janadriyah. Yes, most of our equipment is portable and narrow stairs are not an issue. Coordinate with us beforehand if access is very restricted.

Should I switch off lights and air conditioning whilst cleaning?
Lights can stay off. Air conditioning can stay on but we seal inlet and outlet during cleaning. We switch off internal fans because water and dust may enter the motor.

How do I know the cleaning is done properly?
We give you a checklist of what was cleaned, and you inspect glass, floors and corners. You should see no cement, dust or stickers remaining. Light water marks are normal and dry fast.
