What is different about East Riyadh

East Riyadh runs from King Abdullah Road and Khurais Road out past the eastern ring road towards Al Janadriyah. Al Rawdah, Al Naseem and Al Yarmuk are established districts of villas and mid rise apartment blocks, while Al Rimal, Al Munsiyah and Ishbiliyah are newer estates with more compact houses and lighter finishes. This side of the city faces the open desert and the sand belt of the Dahna, so it takes the first and heaviest share of every dust storm, and fine sand works into stairwells, balconies and window tracks all along the Dammam highway.

How long does it take to clean a complete villa in Al Nahdah?
A four bedroom villa with a large garden may take 8 to 10 hours, with balconies and external paths adding significant time.

Is the external garden cleaned the same way as inside the house?
External pathways, balconies and hard surfaces are cleared of sand and dust. Trees and plants are not included, only solid surfaces.

Do strong winds undo the work after we finish cleaning?
We choose calm days when possible. In season, a light re-clean may be needed after the first dust storm, as new sand will settle.
