What is different about North Riyadh

Questions before booking

Is cleaning a shop unit different from cleaning a flat above it?
Completely. A shop needs heavy floor washing and cement residue removal from every corner and shelf, while a flat needs gentler care for furnishings and windows if any are in place.

Can we clean while electricians and plumbers are still working?
Better to wait until they finish completely. Re-cleaning after them becomes necessary and increases cost and time. If time pressure is high we can clean first, but they must work after we leave.

Do white deposits on light render stone come off completely?
Yes, but they need special treatment because light stone is softer. We use mild acidic solutions and clean carefully, but hard water here will deposit scale again fast, so we advise installing a water conditioner.

How long to clean a commercial unit and flat above it together?
At least one day if both are small, two days if medium or if the shop has a very large glass frontage that needs careful work.

Do the tall office towers nearby affect cleaning speed because of the wind channels?
Yes. Wind between towers speeds up and carries dust fast. We may need to seal windows firmly during washing and re-inspect hours later because dust can blow back in.

When can the shop reopen to customers after cleaning?
At least three hours if the weather is humid. Floors need complete drying and washing moisture may leave paint tacky. If dry weather, two hours is enough.
