What is different about Central Riyadh

Central Riyadh is the oldest and busiest part of the city. How long does a renovated flat in an old building take to clean?
An old renovated flat takes longer than new build. Dust comes from hidden places in the foundations and walls, easily 7 to 8 hours for a complete job.

Is old tiling safe from scratches during cleaning?
Old tiling has weak grout and the surface may already be rough. We use very soft brushes and avoid hard scrubbing to prevent cracking.

Can white scale deposits from hard water be removed?
Scale on glass and stone is removed with very safe acidic solutions. Natural stone needs care though, as the acid may etch if left too long on the surface.

What about freshly painted walls in an old building?
New walls in old structures are wiped very gently. Fresh paint is thin, and old buildings may have moisture that keeps the paint soft for the first week.

Are old pipework and water pipes cleaned as part of the service?
Cleaning covers vents and outlets de-dusted, but repairing old plumbing is the job of a qualified electrician or plumber working separately.

Are ground floor shops cleaned differently than the flats above?
Ground shops collect street dust faster than upper flats, and their floor may be old concrete under new ceramic, making cleaning more complex.
