Location on the escarpment means direct exposure to wind, dust and heat. There is no natural shelter. Concrete cracks faster under the repeated stress of seasonal heating and cooling cycles unbroken.

Do white deposits on the roof mean the tank is definitely leaking?
Usually yes, but sometimes deposits come from spray-washing or roof runoff. Precise inspection determines whether seeping is from the tank itself or from another source.

Can I clean off the white deposits instead of sealing the tank?
