When the drain pan blocks it overflows, leaving water stains and a musty smell, and a filter alone never reaches the dust sitting deep in the duct.

Coils packed with dust act as insulation, so the compressor runs longer to reach the temperature you set. Once the coils and filters are clear, air moves freely, the room cools sooner and the unit cycles less.

Cleaner air for the household
Dust and mould inside the duct travel with the air into every room, which is hardest on anyone with allergies or asthma, especially children. Cleaning the grilles and the duct itself removes the source instead of letting the filter recirculate it.

A surface wipe of the outlets hides the smell for a few days, then it returns on the first humid day because the source is moisture and mould deep in the duct and pan. Reaching that depth is what stops it coming back.

We take the air grilles and outlets down from the ceiling and wash them separately, so the cleaning reaches behind them and not just the face you see.

Extraction connected to the duct
We connect an extraction unit to the duct opening so freed dust is pulled outside rather than scattered into the room while the brush is working.

A rotary brush along the run
A rotary brush runs the full length of the duct to loosen dust stuck to the walls, while the extraction keeps pulling away whatever comes free.

Cooling coils cleaned
We clean the cooling coils where the mineral dust has packed between the fins, because clogged coils insulate the heat, weaken cooling and push up power use.

The drain pan and any blockage
We check the drain pan and its pipe and clear any silt or algae blocking them, so condensate drains away instead of overflowing onto the wall.
