Dust that builds up on machinery works into bearings and moving parts and brings failures forward. Cleaning the surrounds of each machine on a schedule cuts those unplanned stoppages, and it keeps the operator's standing area clear and safe through the shift.

The layer of dust and oil that gathers on high gantries and pipework is a real fire load sitting above your people. Removing it from the places hands never reach lowers that risk, and you can see the difference on the steelwork once we finish.

A floor that takes heavy traffic
Warehouse floors pick up forklift tyre marks and spilt oil that ordinary mopping only smears around. A machine scrub lifts that film out of the concrete pores, so the aisle markings show again and the surface stops being slippery under the wheels.

Dust that settles on high racking drifts down onto the cartons and goods stored beneath it. Cleaning the shelving top-down keeps stock clean for dispatch and makes counting and picking clearer, without dragging grime along with every box you move.

Machine floor scrubbing
A rotary machine works brush, water and detergent into the concrete, lifting oil and tyre marks out of the surface pores rather than pushing them around, then vacuuming the dirty water straight up.

Racking and high shelving
Shelving is cleaned from the top bay down so dust never falls on what is already done, reaching the high levels with safe access equipment and usually without a full unload.

Around the machinery
The space around each machine and its base is cleared of settled dust and dripped oil, working carefully around electrical and moving parts, so the operator's footing stays clear and non-slip.

Industrial dust removed
Fine industrial dust is drawn off surfaces, corners and filters with industrial vacuums instead of being blown into the air, so far less of it returns to settle on equipment and stock.

Loading bays
Bays and their doors are cleaned of road dust, oil and packaging debris, since this is the single point where the most dirt is dragged into the warehouse with every truck.

High level surfaces and gantries
We reach gantries, pipework and surfaces above the production lines by access platform or rope depending on the site, and strip off the dust-and-oil layer that forms a fire load.
