Raghwat Al Janoub Maintenance and Cleaning

Commercial pest control across Saudi Arabia

The aim is to keep pests out and monitor activity continuously, not to spray once the problem is visible.

Why monitoring beats a single spray

Pests do not arrive in a commercial building all at once. They slip in under a door or ride in on a delivery, then breed in a warm spot nobody checks. A single spray kills what is visible and leaves the nest, so activity returns within a fortnight. Permanent monitoring catches that entry early, before it reaches your dining room or your stock.

  • Protects your reputation

One insect seen in a dining room or hotel lobby is enough for a photo that spreads and stays. The programme keeps activity away from customer areas and gives you a record showing you were on top of it before anyone asked.

  • Meets inspector requirements

A municipality or food inspector will ask for a pest control contract and a documented visit log. You get a report after every visit and a station map ready to show, so nothing is scrambled together at the last minute.

  • Guards your stock

Rodents and stored-product insects chew bags and cartons and contaminate whatever sits nearby in a warehouse. Stations around the store perimeter catch activity early, so you never open a box to find it hollowed out from the inside.

  • No shutdown required

We schedule visits outside peak hours and rely on bait in sealed stations rather than open spraying, so the kitchen stays open and staff stay put. Work carries on while the treatment is done around it.

What's Included

Every contract rests on these elements together, because no single one of them is enough to keep a facility under control on its own.

  • Site survey and a station map

We start with a full walk of the site: kitchen, stores, delivery points and drains, then draw a map marking where activity is and where each station will sit before anything is fitted.

  • Permanent monitoring stations

We fit bait stations and traps at entry points and hidden corners; they stay in place and are checked on every visit to read where activity is and how much.

  • Entry points and gaps proofed

We seal gaps under doors, around pipework and at air vents with material suited to each spot, so the route rodents and insects use to get in is cut off at source.

  • Visits on a fixed schedule

We come on an agreed schedule that fits your operation, weekly or monthly, outside peak hours, so you are not waiting for a problem to appear before you call.

  • Products compatible with food handling

In food-preparation areas we use products and baits approved for food premises, placed inside sealed stations and kept well away from the surfaces that food touches.

  • A report after every visit

After each visit you receive a report showing what was found, what was treated, which station recorded activity and what we recommend, so you keep an unbroken record.

Districts we cover

We serve commercial premises across the Kingdom, reaching restaurants, warehouses and offices in the cities listed below, with the same schedule and the same reporting wherever your site happens to be.

Questions before booking

Do you need to close the restaurant during a visit?

No, in most cases we do not. We schedule the visit outside peak hours and rely on sealed bait stations more than open spraying, so the kitchen and dining room keep running. If a treatment needs a corner cleared, we tell you in advance and keep it to the shortest possible window.

Do we need to prepare the place first?

A little preparation helps. Move exposed food away from work areas and clear access to corners and stores as much as you can. You do not need to move heavy equipment; we agree any special preparation during the survey, based on how your premises are laid out.

Are the products safe near food and staff?

Yes. In food areas we use products and baits approved for those premises, placed inside sealed stations away from preparation surfaces. Every product used is recorded in the report, so you know exactly what entered your premises and where it was placed.

How long does a single visit take?

It depends on the size of the site and the number of stations, but a routine visit is usually shorter than the first. The first visit takes longer because it includes the full survey, drawing the map and fitting the stations before any ongoing rhythm begins.

Does this suit a warehouse, not just a restaurant?

Yes, the programme suits warehouses, factories, offices and hotels, not only restaurants. We change the station layout and the bait type to fit the place; a warehouse focuses on the stock perimeter and rodents, while a kitchen focuses on cockroaches and drains.

What if pests appear between two visits?

Call us and we come out for an extra visit within the contract, without waiting for the next scheduled date. We read the nearest station to trace the source, treat the spot, and check whether a new gap has opened or a delivery brought the pest in with it.
