Raghwat Al Janoub Maintenance and Cleaning

Shopping mall cleaning across Saudi Arabia

The service is built for centre management that needs a steady standard in front of visitors all day.

Why a mall needs scheduled cleaning

Riyadh dust is fine, mineral and constant; it works into fabric weave and air-handling filters far faster than in a coastal city. In the food court, grease builds on the floor and around the units, and washrooms show heavy visitor traffic within hours. Without a fixed programme the place looks tired, and complaints arrive before management notices.

  • Night work, no disruption

The heavy work is done after the units close, so you arrive to dry floors and open walkways. There are no machines in the shoppers' path and no cones closing half a corridor during peak hours.

  • Marble polished, not coated

Marble and terrazzo floors are ground with progressively finer diamond pads and then crystallised, not given a coat that sits on top. The shine comes from the stone itself, so it takes foot traffic and does not peel away after a few weeks.

  • Glass without scale

Hard water in central Saudi Arabia leaves calcium scale on glass and shopfronts; left long enough it etches the surface and no longer polishes off. We clear it on schedule, before it turns into damage that cannot be reversed.

  • A schedule, not a rescue

We agree a programme that covers the daily and weekly peaks, so the standard stays level every day instead of late clean-up campaigns. Management knows what is done and when, and can check it on any walk-through.

What's Included

We split the mall into zones and treat each in the way it needs, from the atrium to the washrooms.

  • Atrium and walkway floors

We sweep and wash the atrium and walkway floors, then grind the marble and terrazzo with graded diamond pads and crystallise them, so the shine comes from the stone and takes heavy foot traffic.

  • Glass and balustrades

We clean the glass and balustrades and remove calcium scale before it etches the surface, and polish the metal edges. The result is a clear reflection with no fingerprints or streaks.

  • Escalators and their entry plates

We clean escalator steps, entry plates and the grooves that trap dirt, and wipe the sides and moving handrails, so the entries stay safe and non-slip during peak flow.

  • The food court

We remove the grease that builds on the floor and around the units, and deep-wash tables and flooring where needed. Riyadh dust and grease together make this the fastest-soiling zone.

  • High-traffic washrooms

We disinfect the high-traffic washrooms, treat the source of odour rather than masking it with fragrance, dry the floors and restock supplies before the busiest hour.

  • Night work, outside opening hours

We carry out the heavy work after the units close and outside opening hours, so daytime traffic is never held up and management arrives to a mall ready to open.

Questions before booking

Do you work during opening hours or after close?

The heavy work is done after the units close and outside visitor hours. During the day we keep only light, fast-response tasks on hand, such as wiping spills and checking washrooms, so shopper flow is never held up at peak times.

Do we need to prepare anything before you arrive?

Not much beyond opening any locked areas and confirming night access for power and deliveries. We bring our own equipment and cleaning materials, and we agree in advance where machines are stored and any unit that needs special arrangements around its hours.

How do you keep visitors safe while you work?

We isolate the zone being cleaned with barriers and wet-floor signs, and we hold slippery floor grinding until after close. We use materials that are safe on the surfaces, and leave the corridors in use dry and clear throughout opening hours.

How long does it take to clean the whole mall?

It depends on the floor area, the number of levels and the surface types, but grinding and crystallising marble is slower than an ordinary wash because it passes through graded pads. We give you a clear timeline after the survey, and spread the work across nights so the mall never stops.

Does your service suit large, multi-level malls?

Yes, the service is built for large malls with escalators, food courts and high-traffic washrooms. We put teams on separate zones at the same time, and handle the open atrium and high glass with equipment and methods matched to each height.

What happens after the work, and is there follow-up?

We walk a handover round with you before opening and fix any note straight away. Under the fixed programme we return on an agreed schedule, and keep an eye on the spots that soil fastest, such as the food court and washrooms, between visits.
