Do you clean after the shop closes?
Yes, we work after close or before opening, whichever suits you, so the cleaning never interrupts trade. We agree the time in advance, and the team is out before your first customer arrives, so the only thing anyone notices is that the shop is clean.

Do I need to clear the shelves first?
No, you do not need to empty everything; the team lifts the lighter pieces, cleans underneath and sets them back in place. It helps to move anything valuable or delicate aside, and we handle the rest without mixing up your stock.

Are the cleaners safe on my stock and surfaces?
Yes, we match a cleaner to each surface, since glass, marble and fabric are not the same. We use pH-neutral products on delicate surfaces and nothing that leaves a mark on goods or strips the finish off shelving and the shopfront.

How long does cleaning a shop take?
It depends on the floor area, its condition and the flooring, since grinding marble takes far longer than a routine wipe. We give you a rough duration after the survey, and arrange the work to finish within a single closed period wherever we can.

Does this suit a shop straight after fit-out?
Yes, but post-construction cleaning is a different job from routine cleaning. We remove cement haze, silicone smears and protective film from the glass and floors first, then clean the shop through, so it is ready to open its doors.

How often does a shop need cleaning again?
Riyadh dust never stops, so a busy shop gains more from a regular schedule than from cleaning only when it looks bad. The AC filters in particular are best done on fixed dates, since leaving them puts dust back on your stock every day.
