Can you reach flats on upper floors of old blocks?
We reach upper floor flats without problem. If the carpet is very heavy we carry it down the stairs or use the lift. Old blocks may have narrower corridors where we move more carefully and check door frames first.

My carpet is wool with an old backing: is it safe?
Wool is safe. Old backing needs testing on a small hidden corner first to check that water does not soften the glue. Most older backings hold up, but every case is different.

My flat is very small and the rug is wedged in a corner: how do you clean?
