Questions before booking

When do you clean, with no children around?
We work outside the children's hours, after the day ends, at the weekend, or during holidays. We agree the time with you in advance so the rooms are empty and the floors are dry before the little ones come back the next morning.

Do we need to prepare anything first?
Just move the children's personal belongings and important papers aside, and we handle the rest. If you gather the toys into one box it speeds up disinfecting them, but the team can do that itself if you're short on time.

Are the products safe for babies?
Yes. We use cleaners and disinfectants rated for use around children, low in odour, and we rinse surfaces after disinfecting. We leave no sticky film on toys and no sharp smell in the nap corner, so the room is ready to take babies back.

How long does cleaning a nursery take?
It depends on the number of rooms, the amount of carpet and the state of the corners, but most nurseries are finished in one visit outside hours. The part we don't rush is drying, because floors and nap areas must be completely dry before the children return.
