Why chandeliers need specialist cleaning
A chandelier isn't a surface you wipe from underneath. A quick pass misses everything in the gaps, and the fitting loses more of its brilliance each season.

Photographed before dismantling
We photograph the exact arrangement before a single drop comes off, so every piece returns to its original spot. You can compare the fitting against those photos yourself and see that nothing was moved or lost.

Washing that reaches the gaps
Each crystal is taken down and washed on its own with a residue-free solution, not smeared over while dust stays trapped between the drops. The difference shows in how the light reflects after the first switch-on.

Power and height handled safely
We cut the power at the board and cover the floor beneath before anyone touches the fitting, then work from a ladder or scaffold matched to the ceiling. There is no risk to the household or to the chandelier itself.

A wiring check built in
While the fitting is apart we inspect the lamps and connections and tighten anything that has worked loose. You learn about a failing lamp or joint before it drops, which a surface dusting never reveals.

Every chandelier goes through the same stages, from cutting the power to putting it back, with no step skipped.

Power off, area secured
We isolate the fitting at the electrical board and lay a protective cover over the area beneath it, so nothing can fall onto the floor or furniture while we work.

The arrangement photographed before dismantling
We take clear photos of how the drops and arms are arranged before removing a single piece, giving us the reference that returns the chandelier to its exact original shape.

Crystal pieces washed
Each crystal is removed and washed one by one in a solution that leaves no marks, then dried before refitting so it reflects light with no water spots or dust.

Metal frame polished
We polish the metal frame and lift the oxidation and dust caught in the arms and joints, cleaning the places a routine wipe from below can never reach.

Lamps and connections checked
We check the lamps and connections while the fitting is apart, tighten any loose joint and flag whatever needs replacing before it turns into a sudden failure.

Reassembled exactly as it was
We refit every piece in its place against the photos, confirm the arms are secure and the lights work, so the chandelier returns exactly as it was, only cleaner.
