Raghwat Al Janoub Maintenance and Cleaning

Hotel and resort cleaning across Saudi Arabia

It is built for operators who need cleanliness that holds through peak season.

Why scheduled cleaning earns its budget

A guest judges the whole hotel by the first room and the smell of the lobby, and Riyadh's fine mineral dust settles into fabric weave and air-handling filters faster than in a coastal city. Without a regular schedule, odours return on humid days, marble dulls, and calcium scale builds on glass until it etches the surface for good. Maintaining is cheaper than restoring.

  • Cleanliness that holds against dust

Riyadh dust is fine, mineral and constant, and it works into fabric weave and air-handling filters faster than most operators expect. We work on a schedule that removes it before it sets, not after it shows on every surface.

  • Marble treated, not coated

Marble and terrazzo are polished by grinding through progressively finer diamond pads and then crystallised, never by a coating painted on top. The shine comes out of the stone itself, so it survives constant foot traffic instead of wearing off.

  • Odour removed at the source

Hot-water extraction reaches into upholstery padding where the smell actually lives; a surface wipe never gets that deep. That is why odour comes back on humid days when a room has only been wiped, and why we extract instead.

  • Plant kept on a schedule

Split AC units and roof water tanks are the two things in a Saudi building that most reward a scheduled clean over a reactive one. We track both on fixed dates rather than waiting for a complaint or a failure.

What's Included

We split the property into zones, and each zone has its own method, materials and schedule.

  • Guest rooms between stays

Each room is cleaned top to bottom and dry before wet, so nothing already done is contaminated. Upholstery is extracted with hot water and glass is cleared of hard-water scale.

  • Lobby and marble

Marble and terrazzo are ground with progressively finer diamond pads and then crystallised so the shine comes from the stone. Interior glass is cleared of dust and hard-water marks.

  • Corridors and lifts

Corridors and lifts see constant movement, so we clean their floors, the surfaces that get touched, mirrors and buttons, and clear the dust from their AC vents.

  • Pool and spa

Pool and spa tiling and water edges, where scale and mineral deposits build, are treated, and wet surfaces are disinfected with the contact time the product needs to work.

  • Back-of-house service areas

Back-of-house kitchens and extract canopies collect grease that is a fire load, so we inspect and clean them on a schedule. Storage and service areas join the same cycle.

  • The linen cycle

Linen is followed from collection through washing to clean storage, keeping clean apart from soiled at every step so nothing already prepared is contaminated.

  • A crew on ropes midway down a blue glass tower topped by two masts
  • Three technicians on ropes above a curved glass roof over a building atrium
  • Five technicians on ropes cleaning the yellow and grey elevation of a medical building

Questions before booking

Do you work while the hotel is occupied?

Yes. We organise the work around guest movement and peak seasons, cleaning rooms between stays and public areas during quieter hours. Disruptive jobs like marble grinding are scheduled for low-occupancy windows so they do not disturb guests.

What do we need to prepare before you arrive?

Very little beyond flagging your priority areas and the working hours available. We bring the materials and equipment ourselves, and only need access to water and power, and to the tank and AC points we will be working on.

How do you clean high glass facades safely?

We survey the elevation from the roof first to check anchor points and the ground below, then choose the access method on site. Rope access suits a tower with sound anchor points; a boom lift needs ground in front that will take its outriggers. The choice is made on site, not in an office.

How long does the work take?

It depends on the size of the property, the number of zones and the type of work. Routine room cleaning runs daily, while marble grinding or tank disinfection takes longer because contact time and drying cannot be rushed.

Does this suit a large resort with restaurants and pools?

Yes. We cover large resorts with their varied facilities, from pools and spas to restaurant kitchen extract canopies. Each has its own method: pool tiling is not extract ducting is not marble, and each is handled with what suits it.

What happens after the cleaning is done?

We hand you a schedule showing what was cleaned and when the next visit is due, especially for AC and water tanks, which reward a schedule. Split units and roof tanks stay clean when the dates are kept rather than left until a problem shows.
