Why this is not routine cleaning
Cement dust is fine and clings to tile, glass and fittings; wash it straight away and it turns into a mortar-like film that is hard to lift. Protective film on windows and doors bakes in the sun and leaves a sticky residue if left. Washing before this residue is removed ruins new finishes and scratches polished surfaces.

Open on your date
The site is handed over clean and clear so furniture goes in and you open without delay. We agree a handover date up front and hold to it, so cleaning never stalls your opening.

New finishes protected
Marble, glass and cladding are each cleaned the way that surface needs, not with one harsh product. An alkaline cleaner strips cladding coating and the panel then oxidises unevenly, so we use a pH-neutral detergent instead.

Crews trained on site work
The team knows the difference between cutting silicone off glass and wiping dust, and carries the scrapers and blades for it. You can walk the site room by room and check each surface before we move on.

Glass without water marks
Hard water in central Saudi Arabia leaves calcium scale on glass, and left long enough it etches the surface so it no longer polishes off. We clear it at handover before it sets and becomes permanent.

Phased handover
We coordinate with your contractor to clean finished floors or wings first while work continues elsewhere, so you take the building in stages rather than waiting for everything to finish at once.

Contractor debris removed
We gather the builders' leftovers, cartons, offcuts, cement bags and wiring, and take them off site completely, so the space is empty and ready for detailed cleaning.

Cement haze off every surface
We lift the clinging cement dust off tile, marble and fittings with the right tools before any washing, so it never turns into a hard, mortar-like layer that resists removal.

Glass and protective film
We peel the protective film off glass and doors before it bakes hard in the sun, then remove silicone and adhesive residue and polish the glass until it reads clear.

Mechanical and electrical fixtures
We clean the mechanical and electrical fixtures, AC outlets, light fittings, sockets and washroom fixtures, and clear the building dust that lodges in vents and filters.

The final handover clean
We make a final top-to-bottom pass over the whole site, wiping down any settled airborne dust and checking every surface is ready for handover and acceptance.
