Why a mosque needs specialist cleaning
A mosque takes bare feet five times a day, and the carpet soaks up sweat and dust at every prayer. Riyadh dust is fine and mineral; it settles deep into the weave and into AC filters faster than in a coastal city. A surface wipe hides the smell for a day, then it comes back on the first humid morning because the padding under the pile was never reached.

We work in the gaps between prayers and split the floor into sections, so worshippers always find a part open and no wet ground at the time of the obligatory prayer. Larger jobs are scheduled at night or after Isha.

We clean the prayer carpet where it lies, without lifting it and with the method that suits it, drawing sweat and dust up out of the pile, then dry it so it is ready before the next prayer.

Ablution areas and drainage
Ablution basins are scrubbed and freed of scale and mineral deposits, and the drains are cleared and disinfected, so no standing water is left to smell or cause a slip.

Marble flooring
Marble floors are ground level with graded diamond pads and then crystallised, so the shine returns from the stone itself, with no coating painted on to peel off later.

Shoe racks and entrances
Shoe racks are emptied and wiped free of dust, and the entrances are swept and washed, so the first thing a visitor sees is tidy and clean.

Fans and lighting
Fans and light fittings are cleared of the dust built up on blades and covers, so they do not shower grit on worshippers when switched on and the light stays clear.

Work scheduled between prayers
We schedule the work into the gaps between prayers and clean in sections, so the mosque is never fully closed and worshippers can still perform each obligatory prayer.
